Job summary

Hive Health in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to grow our SMB health plan footprint. You will drive expansion through lead generation, pitching, negotiating, and closing SME accounts, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.

As a pioneering team member, you will develop strategic partnerships, analyze market data, and contribute to brand-building efforts.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or related fields.
• Creative, strategic, and proactive in problem solving and identifying opportunities.
• Ability to effectively use data and perform business analysis to support key business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize full sales cycle of lead generation, pitching, negotiating and closing SME accounts.
• Forge and manage relationships with strategic partners to reach more SMEs.
• Develop deep understanding of Hive’s product and other health plans and processes in the market.
• Perform regular industry and competitor analysis to ensure Hive offers unparalleled offerings.
• Solicit and incorporate customer feedback into product development.
• Assist in brand-building initiatives and networking activities.
• Support and coordinate closely with other functions to deliver an extraordinary user experience.

As one of the pioneering members of the team, you will work closely with the other functions in continuously delivering user experience improvements and introducing best-in-class strategies and processes that will help Hive Health provide an unparalleled healthcare experience for Filipinos.

The role includes a competitive base salary and performance-based commission structure.
