Job summary

The Primer Group of Companies in Makati is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to manage cash, credit, and e-wallet sales while ensuring strict cashiering compliance. You will monitor transactions, report discrepancies, and support banking activities in the store environment.

You will also conduct daily store operations reports, oversee inventory, and report defective equipment, helping keep stock healthy and processes efficient.

Responsibilities

• Enhances sales through effective use of salesmanship techniques.
• Handle cash, credit and e-wallet sales; report discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with cashiering processes and procedures.
• Banking transactions handling in the absence of a store head.
• Submit daily store operations reports including sales and inventory.
• Conduct store inventory and ensure stock health weekly.
• Perform periodic inventory counts and report variances and losses.
• Implement daily compliance with Nimbly checklist.
• Report on store equipment and fixture issues.
