Responsibilities

• Enhances sales through effective use of salesmanship techniques.
• Responsible for cash, credit and e-wallet sales handling in the store; reports sales discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with cashiering processes and procedures.
• Handle banking transactions such as credit card verification and cash sales deposits when store head is absent.
• Submit daily store operations reports (sales, inventory and other qualitative reports).
• Conduct store inventory and provide reports to ensure healthy stock levels weekly.
• Execute periodic store inventory counts with accurate and timely reporting of variances and losses.
• Adhere to daily compliance via Nimbly checklist in the store.
• Report store equipment issues (fixtures, lighting, AC, signage, connectivity, CCTV).
