Job summary

Primer Group of Companies in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Sales Associate responsible for cash, credit, and e-wallet sales, ensuring cashiering compliance and reporting discrepancies. The role includes store operations reports, inventory management, and reporting defective store equipment.

You will enhance sales through effective salesmanship, manage banking transactions in absence of store head, and prepare daily and weekly inventories with timely variance resolutions.

Qualifications

• Prior cashier or similar role experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through effective salesmanship techniques.
• Handle cash, credit, and e-wallet sales; report discrepancies.
• Ensure cashiering processes and procedures compliance.
• Banking transactions including card verification and deposits in absence of store head.
• Submit daily store operations reports (sales, inventory, etc.).
• Conduct weekly store inventory and report variances.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and resolve issues promptly.
• Follow daily Nimbly checklist in-store.
• Report equipment issues and needed fixtures.
