Job summary

EY GDS Philippines is expanding its Digital Identity and Privileged Access Management (DIPAM) practice and is seeking a Senior Consultant to strengthen SailPoint Identity Security Cloud capabilities. You will work on IAM engagements for global clients, helping design, configure, implement, and optimize SailPoint ISC solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of hands-on Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience.
• At least 2 years of recent experience implementing or supporting SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) or IdentityNow.
• Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) including Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Provisioning, Access Certification, RBAC, and SoD.
• Experience integrating SailPoint with enterprise applications, directories, and target systems through connectors and APIs.
• Familiarity with BeanShell, JavaScript, Java, Python, and REST API integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a client-facing consulting environment and adapt to project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement, and support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions, including identity governance, access certification, and provisioning workflows.
• Gather requirements, contribute to solution design, and participate in technical architecture discussions with clients and global engagement teams.
• Build and configure source and application connectors across platforms such as Active Directory, Azure AD, ServiceNow, SAP, databases, flat files, and web services.
• Develop and maintain identity lifecycle management processes, including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) workflows.
• Configure and optimize access certification campaigns, role modeling, SoD policies, and access request workflows.
• Develop custom rules, workflows, and integrations using SailPoint APIs, connectors, and scripting capabilities.
• Support testing, deployment, post-go-live stabilization, defect resolution, and performance tuning activities.
• Prepare technical documentation, including solution design documents, configuration guides, and test scripts.
• Mentor junior team members and actively contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the DIPAM practice.
• Collaborate with project managers, quality assurance teams, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
