Job summary

Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a Senior SailPoint Developer to join the global Cybersecurity Engineering & Assurance team. You will administer and extend SailPoint IdentityIQ, build connectors, automate IAM workflows, and ensure continuous governance across the organization.

The role combines hands-on IAM development with collaboration across security, operations, and IT teams. Hybrid work from Mumbai, with responsibilities spanning deployment, testing, documentation, and cross-system

Qualifications

Degree in IT, CS, cybersecurity or related field.
Professional SailPoint credentials are desirable.
2–8 years of SailPoint IdentityIQ experience across admin, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Experience onboarding apps in IdentityIQ using connectors.
Strong knowledge of IAM best practices including JML, RBAC and lifecycle management.
Experience with Active Directory, SQL Server, LDAP, and SaaS apps.

Responsibilities

Implement security standards with the global Cybersecurity Engineering & Assurance team.
Administer and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ and develop solutions.
Analyze requirements, policies and procedures to design IAM solutions.
Configure deployment activities, connectors, rules, workflows and system integrations.
Implement IAM features including self-service, password management, lifecycle workflows and RBAC.
Develop and run test plans, perform audits and resolve IAM exceptions.
Manage joiner/mover/leaver workflows and other IAM automations.
Perform root-cause analyses and produce clear documentation.
