Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Taguig is seeking an experienced Occupational Health and Safety professional to oversee safety programs and regulatory compliance across assigned locations.

The role focuses on developing, implementing, and monitoring policies, coordinating trainings and inspections, and leading emergency preparedness initiatives while ensuring effective incident investigations and corrective actions. You will liaise with management, contractors, and external agencies to strengthen risk management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field.
• Professional certification, accreditation, or training in occupational health and safety is required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in occupational health and safety, safety management, facilities, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety standards, regulatory requirements, emergency preparedness, and workplace risk management.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across different levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor OHS programs and policies to promote a safe workplace across assigned locations.
• Coordinate safety training, inspections, audits, and awareness programs for compliance.
• Lead emergency preparedness and response, including evacuation drills and essential resources maintenance.
• Investigate workplace incidents; prepare reports and corrective actions to address risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and external agencies on safety and risk management matters.
