Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Safety, Facilities and MHE Manager to lead HSSEQ programs at the Liloan Cebu Regional Distribution Center. You will oversee safety policy implementation, equipment maintenance, and facilities operations to ensure regulatory compliance and safe, efficient warehouse performance.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience; you will coordinate with vendors, lead incident investigations, and drive continuous improvement in safety and maintenance practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Occupational Safety, Industrial Technology, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Safety, Facilities Management, Engineering, or Warehouse Operations.
• Experience managing MHE maintenance programs and facility operations.
• Experience in safety compliance, incident investigation, and contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and enforcement of safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, risk assessments, and workplace hazard evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE OSH standards and company safety requirements.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate safety training, drills, toolbox talks, and safety awareness programs.
• Monitor safety performance metrics, incidents, and corrective actions.
• Promote a proactive safety culture through employee engagement.
