Job summary

KURABE INDUSTRIAL PHILIPPINES INC is seeking a Safety, Environment and Facilities lead to ensure workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental management at its Philippines site. You will oversee permits, waste management, trainings, and audits.

You will coordinate with the SHE committee, prepare periodic reports, and serve as PIC during external audits, including ISO 45001 and 14001, requiring 3–5 years of manufacturing safety experience.

Qualifications

• OHS experience in manufacturing is required.
• Training in BOSH/COSH (40HRS) and ISO internal auditing is required.
• First aid with AED certification is required.
• ISO 45001 & 14001 internal auditor training is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in occupational safety in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Process business permit renewals and DOLE permits.
• Conduct safety orientation for all employees, on-site contractors and visitors.
• In charge of waste management and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.
• Lead safety, environment and facilities in audits and daily operations.
• Prepare and monitor DOLE, incident, and WEM reports.
• Lead as main PIC for Safety, Environment and Facilities during external audits.
• Hold regular SHE committee meetings.

Education

40HRS BOSH TRAINING and/or 40HRS COSH TRAINING

STANDARD OCCUPATIONAL FIRST AID WITH AED

ISO 45001 & 14001 INTERNAL AUDITOR TRAINING
