Job summary

NCC Group Philippines in Manila is seeking a Senior SaaS Systems Administrator to ensure reliability, security, and performance of cloud platforms and internal SaaS apps. You will lead SaaS platform administration and collaborate across engineering, security, and service delivery to keep systems secure and efficient.

The role emphasizes automation, IAM, and adherence to security best practices, with a hybrid on-site/remote work setup and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Strong automation scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
• Familiar with API integrations and REST endpoints.
• Knowledge of IAM, SSO, RBAC and conditional access.
• Networking fundamentals (DNS, HTTP/S, VPN).
• Experience with monitoring/logging for SaaS environments.
• Security-focused mindset and cloud security awareness.
• Mentoring experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain core SaaS apps (MS 365, Atlassian, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Slack).
• Manage user lifecycles, access controls, and licensing.
• Monitor performance, availability, and usage of SaaS platforms.
• Implement security best practices including MFA, SSO, and RBAC.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline admin tasks.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and service delivery teams.
• Support audits and compliance activities.
