Job summary

SYSTRA is seeking a Senior Road Engineer to lead geometric design for roads and highways in accordance with DPWH standards and international codes. You will develop, review, and stamp design deliverables, coordinate with related disciplines, and mentor junior engineers on-site.

Ideal candidates have about 10 years' progressive experience in road/highway design, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Civil3D, OpenRoads, and 12D software.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering; master's in transportation is a plus.
• Around 10 years of progressive experience in road/highway design from concept to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead geometric design for roads and highways per DPWH standards and international codes.
• Develop, review, and stamp design deliverables.
• Coordinate with related disciplines.
• Mentor and review work of junior engineers.
