GHD is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead road and transport infrastructure projects from Cebu City or other offices. You will develop geometric road designs, oversee multidisciplinary teams, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring compliance with international standards.

With 8+ years in road design and solid experience in 12d, you will collaborate with clients and deliver integrated solutions, contributing to our commitment to high-quality infrastructure and sustainable design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 8 years of road/transport infrastructure experience.
• Solid 4 years' experience using 12d software.
• Strong knowledge of international road design standards.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Perform road engineering duties, including but not limited to:
• Develop and deliver geometric road designs and associated infrastructure, including intersections, roundabouts, car parks, active transport facilities, earthworks, access roads, and other related infrastructure.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to junior engineers and designers.
• Perform engineering calculations, assessments and prepare technical reports.
• Engage effectively with clients and project teams.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant standards, project requirements, and industry best practices.

What you will bring to the team:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years or more of experience in road and transport infrastructure engineering.
• With solid 4 years' experience in 12d.
• Strong understanding of road design principles and international road design standards.
• Australian design experience is highly regarded.
• Other international civil engineering project experience will also be highly regarded.
• Experience in a consulting, engineering, or infrastructure delivery environment.
• Strong technical writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse clients and project teams.
• Experience delivering multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead project teams.
