Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related discipline.
• Typically 7–10 years of experience in risk management, assurance, audit, compliance, or regulated environments.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional assurance activities with significant impact.
• Strong advisory capability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, enhancement, and execution of complex risk-informed reviews with depth and insight.
• Deliver senior-level outputs that clearly articulate issues, evidence, impacts, and options.
• Act as a trusted risk partner to senior stakeholders, advising on risk exposure and mitigations.
• Drive development and continuous improvement of assurance frameworks and standards.
