Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in risk, business administration, economics, finance, or accounting.
• Professional certification is strongly preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional risk and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, enhancement, and execution of high-impact risk, assurance, change, and project initiatives.
• Interpret assurance outcomes to identify risks, issues, and strategic implications.
• Deliver senior-level outputs with issues, evidence, impacts, options, and recommendations.
• Act as trusted risk and change partner to senior stakeholders with clear communication.
• Develop and standardize assurance frameworks and quality standards.
• Use advanced analysis to support proactive risk visibility and decision-making.
• Own change initiatives from scoping to delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Provide management support on priority work, coordinating inputs and tracking actions.
• Coach team members and contribute to succession and resilience planning.
