Job summary

SYSTRA is seeking an experienced Revit/BIM Team Lead to manage BIM modelers, standardize workflows, and drive quality assurance across infrastructure and building projects. You will coordinate tasks, mentor staff, and serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.

The role requires six-plus years in BIM with federated models, strong English, and experience with coordination tools and Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of BIM modelling experience on infrastructure or building projects.
• Demonstrated experience with federated models and clash detection workflows.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train BIM team on Revit software.
• Provide technical guidance to drafters on Revit workflows.
• Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and resources.
• Act as primary client liaison for projects.
• Implement QA processes to meet industry standards.
• Identify training needs and develop programs.
• Apply Lessons Learned; follow standards and guidelines.
• Contribute to annual targets and project delivery.
• Perform duties as needed.
