Job summary

SYSTRA is seeking a BIM Designer to develop accurate 3D models in Revit for Architectural, Structural and MEP disciplines in a collaborative environment.

You will produce construction drawings, coordinate with the Team Lead, and update models as designs evolve, ensuring clash-free deliverables and strict QA/QC adherence.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• Advanced computer and software skills in preparing detailing drawings (AutoCAD and Revit software or equivalent).
• Knowledgeable in Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure or MEP).
• Knowledge of BIM workflows and standards.
• Familiarity with detailing works.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and detailed 3D models in Revit for Architectural, Structural and MEP disciplines.
• Produce construction drawings, shop drawings, and documentation from Revit Models.
• Coordinate with Team Lead to ensure design accuracy and consistency.
• Update and revise models based on design changes, client feedback, and site conditions.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues within the BIM environment.
• Perform QA/QC following defined processes.
• Reporting to Revit Team Lead.

Context

• Understands the project requirements and prepare Architectural, Structural & MEPF detailed design drawings using Revit.
• Producing and maintaining Revit models for various project phases
• Reviews own drawings and ensures that the drawing package is as per project requirement (BIM Management Plan) before submitting to Checker/ Lead Discipline for further review.
• Refine and ensure the precision and coherence of the drawings.
• Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to resolve clashes and maintain model integrity
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently with minimal supervision

Missions/Main Duties
