Job summary

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare store layouts, perspectives and 3D renderings and construction drawings.
• Lead planning, design, and execution of retail store projects, ensuring brand standards.
• Manage and supervise assigned project construction.
• Assist in site inspections and progress documentation.
• Lead project coordination with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Leasing).
• Assist in process improvement and design standardization.
• Ensure design compliance with brand and mall guidelines.
• Provide cost estimate, value engineering, project support in construction bond and other claims.
