Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd, a consulting, training, auditing, and outsourcing firm providing Workplace Safety & Health, Environmental, and Quality services, seeks a senior civil/structural site lead.

You will lead civil and structural site staff to ensure compliance with statutory codes, drive quality control, and deliver progress reporting on complex construction projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of civil and structural engineering experience.
• At least 5 years supervising works of similar size and complexity.
• Civil/Structural engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore; accredited with IES/ACES.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil and structural site staff to monitor, supervise, and inspect works as directed by project consultants and owners to ensure compliance and quality.
• Oversee site supervision, quality control, construction administration, and progress reporting according to statutory codes and requirements.
• Organize and coordinate site activities to meet project timelines and standards.
• Demonstrate strong leadership to manage site teams effectively and resolve issues promptly.

Job Summary

Lead and supervise civil and structural site works to ensure compliance with statutory codes and project requirements, driving quality control and progress reporting for complex construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil and structural site staff to monitor, supervise, and inspect works as directed by CAG, QP(S), QP(Geo), project consultants, and FUI owners to ensure compliance and quality
• Apply knowledge of statutory codes and requirements to oversee site supervision, quality control, construction administration, and progress reporting
• Organize and coordinate site activities to meet project timelines and standards
• Demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage site teams effectively and resolve issues promptly

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant civil and structural engineering experience, including at least 5 years supervising works of similar size and complexity
• Possess a civil and structural engineering degree recognized by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore
• Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of IES and ACES

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in major construction works involving buildings, structural steel works, and drainage
• Supervision experience in long-span steel roof projects (more than 40m span), preferably for T5A roof
