Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Law or related business area.
• Minimum 5 years of related research experience, preferably in governance.
• Strong understanding of governance issues and capital markets.
• Fluency in English; another language is a plus.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of cross-team collaboration.
• Proficient in MS Office and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Issue vote document recommendations to clients based on voting policies and governance data.
• Research proposals for annual shareholder meetings from a client perspective.
• Develop and update client proxy voting guidelines and policy knowledge.
• Collaborate with International/US researchers on topical issues.
• Analyze historical client trends to suggest policy positions.
• Contribute to seasonal reviews and client-focused research reports.
• Engage with data analysts and relationship managers to handle changes in research.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on policy environment issues and inquiries.
