Job summary

ISS STOXX in Makati City, Philippines, seeks an Advisory Specialist to support executive compensation and corporate governance advisory projects for senior clients. You will work closely with ISS-Corporate colleagues globally to deliver insights and solutions that address evolving shareholder expectations.

You will participate in preparing analyses, contributing to client-ready reports, and collaborating across teams in a hybrid onsite work arrangement in Makati.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience; fresh graduates with strong interest in data research & analysis encouraged to apply.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Collaborative team player with ability to build and maintain professional relationships across teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client-ready analyses of equity plans as part of the Equity Plan Review team.
• Support advisors on say-on-pay proposals, director independence issues, and shareholder proposals.
• Analyze governance proposals and executive compensation programs for potential concerns and risks.
• Conduct research, evaluate data, and develop analytical reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Produce high-quality client-ready reports and presentations for clients and colleagues.
