Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking a Generation Forecasting and Planning Senior Supervisor to lead precision forecasting for generation across renewable techs. You will collaborate with Performance and Data Solutions to deliver results, support decision-making, and drive sustainable energy outcomes.

Responsibilities include forecasting, KPI development, and collaboration with engineers and managers to optimize generation availability and plant efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in Renewable Energy.
• Two (2) years of process leadership or managing complex cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Generation Forecasting and Modeling.
• Creates and oversees short- and long-term generation and KPI forecasts and models.
• Presents, justifies, and coordinates final approval of generation forecasts and operational plans.
• Coordinates with various resource sources to factor in resource forecast for all RE Techs.
• Directs analysis of resource data to identify variances impacting plant efficiency.
• Monitors plant KPIs to support operational strategies and targets.
