Job summary

Shore 360 seeks a highly experienced Technical Carpentry & Production Manager to lead millwork, cabinetry, and custom woodwork projects. The role combines on-site execution with remote coordination, reviewing plans, verifying measurements, and guiding CNC workflows to ensure seamless production from drafting to installation.

The ideal candidate brings extensive field carpentry expertise, leadership, strong communication, and a proven track record in coordinating complex wood projects end‑to‑end.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years hands-on experience in custom carpentry, cabinetry, site measurements, installation, assembly and joinery.
• Ability to read, interpret, and redline architectural drawings and shop details.
• Knowledge of CNC machinery, tooling, and wood/composite production processes.
• Understanding of solid wood, veneers, engineered boards, laminates, hardware, and finishing.
• Experience leading technical and production teams.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Technical oversight: review drawings, cutting lists, joinery details, and exploded views.
• Lead draftsmen and production staff, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure precise requirements.
• Evaluate site measurements, assembly needs, tolerances, hardware, and installation conditions.
• Oversee CNC workflows, nesting, cutting lists, and material utilization.
• Maintain quality: align with millwork specs, materials, and timelines.
• Coordinate requirements from drafting to manufacturing, assembly and installation.
