Job summary

JOBS360 is seeking a seasoned Technical Carpentry & Production Manager to lead millwork, cabinetry, and woodwork projects. You will bridge field execution with remote coordination, reviewing plans, overseeing CNC workflows, and guiding production teams from drafting to installation.

The role demands 8–10 years of hands-on carpentry experience, strong blueprint literacy, and proven leadership in technical and production environments. Remote-ready with full-time commitment. Perks available.

Qualifications

8–10 years hands-on experience in custom carpentry and cabinetry.
Ability to read and redline architectural blueprints.
Knowledge of CNC machining workflows and production processes for wood
Understanding of solid wood, veneers, MDF and plywood materials.
Experience leading, managing, and guiding technical and production teams.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple project requirements and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Review drawings, cutting lists, joinery details for accuracy and buildability.
Lead technical draftsmen and production staff; resolve bottlenecks.
Coordinate site measurements, installation conditions, and hardware selection.
Oversee CNC production workflows and material utilization.
Ensure compliance with millwork specifications, materials standards, and timelines.
Coordinate technical requirements from drafting through manufacturing, assembly and installation.
