Job summary

Bamboo Works is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to design, build, and optimize customer journeys and marketing automation campaigns for a variety of clients. The role is fully remote and client-facing, requiring strong SFMC expertise and excellent communication to translate marketing strategies into scalable solutions.

You'll work on email, SMS, push notifications, and data-driven campaigns, using HTML/CSS, AMPscript, and SQL to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
• Experience building and deploying customer journeys.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation and multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience with email, SMS, push notifications, and personalized campaigns.
• Strong HTML/CSS skills for email development.
• Experience using SQL for audience segmentation and campaign targeting.
• Proficiency in AMPscript and/or JavaScript within SFMC.
• Experience configuring automation workflows and data extensions.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy marketing campaigns in SFMC across channels.
• Design customer journeys and automate workflows to meet business goals.
• Collaborate with clients to translate marketing strategies into technical solutions.
• Maintain data extensions and ETL workflows as needed.
• Perform QA, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
