UnionBank Financial Services and Insurance Brokerage Inc. is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to grow and manage a portfolio of affluent clients in Quezon City.

The role focuses on delivering tailored financial advice and achieving sales targets in investments and insurance. You will nurture client relationships through regular reviews, identify cross-selling opportunities for loans, cards, insurance, and investments, and ensure strict compliance with bank policies and due diligence

• Strong relationship management and sales experience in wealth management, priority banking, or financial services.
• Proven ability to achieve revenue, AUM, and client acquisition targets.
• Good understanding of investment products, insurance solutions, and banking services.

About The Role

The Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of affluent clients through regular engagement and financial advisory services. The role focuses on achieving sales targets in investments and insurance, increasing Assets Under Management (AUM), deepening client relationships, and ensuring that recommended solutions align with clients' financial objectives and risk profiles while maintaining compliance with bank policies.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients through regular relationship-building and portfolio reviews.
• Provide investment guidance and address client inquiries related to deposits (CASA), credit cards, and other banking products.
• Achieve individual targets for investment, insurance, AUM growth, and customer acquisition.
• Identify and maximize cross-selling opportunities for loans, cards, insurance, and investment products.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, customer due diligence, and internal policies while participating in sales campaigns and business initiatives.

• Strong relationship management and sales experience, preferably in wealth management, priority banking, or financial services.

• Proficiency in Chinese
