Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own the full hiring cycle, partnering with leadership to fill roles across Sales, Design, Development and Strategy. You will pull in passive candidates and act as a brand ambassador while maintaining a fast, data-driven process.

This remote role covers LATAM and South Africa, requiring comfort across time zones and cultures, with a focus on delivering top-tier talent and a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting, ideally in a tech, digital or creative agency.
• Strong accountability and independence.

• Own the full cycle from intake with leadership to final offer.
