Job summary

LawnStarter, based in the Philippines, seeks a Senior Recruiter to own the full hiring lifecycle for US-based roles. You will source, screen, schedule, and manage all candidate communications while leveraging AI tools to automate and speed up processes.

This is a fully remote, full-time role with potential to move permanent. You will collaborate with US managers and maintain robust pipelines and ATS records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record hiring US-based candidates for Senior and Director-level roles.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in recruiting (sourcing, screening, workflow automation).
• Self-motivated and proactive — you chase candidates, not the other way around.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience managing multiple searches without dropping balls.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from resume review to hire.
• Post job openings and set up automations to keep pipelines efficient.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance outreach, screening, and operations.
• Manage multiple open roles simultaneously with organized pipelines.
• Conduct screening calls and be the primary candidate contact.
• Partner with US hiring managers to align on requirements and provide updates.
• Handle scheduling, interview logistics, and admin tasks.
• Track pipeline metrics and maintain candidate records in ATS.
