Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Cost Estimator with strong background in electrical works for our established engineering projects. The role involves cost estimation, tender preparation, and active budget oversight across multiple sites.

You will prepare tender packages, evaluate bids, negotiate contracts, and manage variations with suppliers and subcontractors while visiting sites as needed to verify conditions and progress.

• Cost Estimation: Calculate quantities, materials, labor, and timeframes before a project begins.
• Tendering and Contracts: Prepare tender packages, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Budget Monitoring: Track ongoing expenses, manage variations (changes in design or scope), and forecast financial outcomes.
• Valuation and Payments: Assess completed work on-site and process progress claims or subcontractor payments.
• Risk and Dispute Management: Identify commercial risks and help resolve contractual claims or disputes.

• Location: Aljunied (Office) | Sometimes need to visit site for checking only

• Working Days/Timings: 5 days work week | Mon - Thrus, 8.30am - 6.00pm / Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm
