Dash Cargo Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs from concept through completion. You will handle estimating, budgeting, contract administration, and cost control to keep construction projects financially healthy and on track.

The role focuses on accurate cost estimation, monitoring cash flow, managing variations, and preparing financial reports for management and clients. A strong background in ROIC standards and FIDIC-style contracts is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in construction or cost management.
• Solid knowledge of contracts (RICS standards, FIDIC forms).
• Proficiency in Excel and estimating software.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs.
• Monitor project costs and cash flow throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage variations, change orders, and final accounts.
• Evaluate contractor claims and certify payments.
• Support procurement and tendering processes.
• Track project progress and forecast costs.
• Ensure contract and procedural compliance.
• Prepare regular financial reports for management and clients.
