Job summary

JOEL CHAVEZ CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE INC. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor based in Libjo, Batangas City. The ideal candidate has a Mechanical Engineering background, 5+ years in quantity surveying, and proven ability to estimate construction costs accurately.

You should be proficient with quantity surveying software, understand unit rate, elemental, and cost-per-unit methods, and be familiar with lump-sum, cost-plus, and design-build contracts.
