Job summary

Key responsibilities include inspection, documentation, material traceability, and coordination with clients, inspectors and suppliers to maintain quality and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.
• 3–6 years of experience in Quality Control within fabrication environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with ASME, ASTM, EN, ISO, IS, IBR and client QMS requirements.
• Perform quality inspections across all manufacturing stages including welding, NDT, heat treatment and painting.
• Prepare and maintain ITPs, QAPs, weld maps and QMS documentation.
• Review drawings, BOMs, material specs and project requirements for code compliance.
• Coordinate inspections with clients, TPIA, AI, consultants and suppliers.
• Manage NCRs, RCA, CAPA and continual improvement initiatives.
