• 15+ years of software QA experience in financial services.
• 7+ years of experience leading QA teams in trading systems or high-stakes environments.
• Strong understanding of global financial markets and trading systems.
• Expert knowledge of automated testing frameworks and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive QA strategy for global equities trading platform.
• Lead a team of QA engineers with technical mentorship and career development.
• Design test automation frameworks focusing on performance, reliability, and accuracy.
• Establish quality metrics, testing standards, and best practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with trading desk and development teams to understand business requirements and trading strategies.
• Implement testing processes for market data integration, order management, and execution algorithms.
• Oversee performance testing, latency analysis, and capacity planning.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and tools.
• Manage UAT processes with trading teams and stakeholders for front-to-back initiatives.
