Job summary

Casheeno is seeking a senior QA leader to own quality across eight live products and a shared backend. You will set strategy for manual, automated and exploratory testing, define release criteria, and mentor the QA team while collaborating with engineers to build test hooks for better observability.

You will review tests, ensure evidence supports release decisions, and lead root-cause analyses when issues reach production, helping the team ship reliably.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in QA with at least a year guiding or mentoring others.
• Deep experience testing mobile apps at scale.
• Strong grasp of test automation architecture, not just writing tests.
• Track record of catching risk before release without becoming a bottleneck.
• The judgement to say a release is not ready, and the evidence to back it.

Nice to have

• Games or real-money app experience.
• Security or fraud testing background.
• Experience with observability - knowing what to watch after a release, not just before.
