Job summary

ERNI Philippines is seeking an experienced Senior QA/Tester to join our growing software development team in Manila. You will review artifacts, design and execute test plans, and drive quality across frontend and backend stacks in a hybrid onsite/offsite setup in Ortigas.

The role requires strong testing capabilities, automation exposure, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery. International projects and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

Experience as an experienced tester who can work independently and with large cross-functional teams.
Certification in automation testing is an advantage.
Strong business process understanding and test case preparation.

Responsibilities

Review project artifacts (HLSD, FSD, TDD) to prepare test artifacts.
Prepare and maintain test deliverables (master test plan, test cases, data, results, defects).
Conduct/Automate data migration reconciliation/validation and comparison.
Prepare test data with user roles and responsibilities.
Conduct system, integration, and performance testing with evidence.
Support UAT and test status reporting.
Provide knowledge transfer to SQA resources.
