Job summary

Amadeus is seeking a Senior QA Engineer for Digital Services to lead testing across Web and Mobile SDKs and bespoke solutions, ensuring high-quality releases.

You will collaborate in a Scrum team, develop test strategies, write test cases, perform component, integration, regression, and performance testing, and mentor peers.

This hybrid role requires strong English, effective cross- functional communication, and a passion for quality in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar discipline.
• At least 4 years in QA, software development, or analysis roles.
• Ability to leverage AI-assisted testing and productivity tools.
• Comfortable in an Agile environment and with customers from diverse cultures.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Be part of an Agile Scrum team of domain experts to develop consumer facing Web and Mobile Apps.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and backlog refinement, presenting testing considerations.
• Lead creation of test cases and documentation of results for QA delivery to customers.
• Lead and perform component, integration, smoke, regression, exploratory and performance testing.
• Interact with customers to clarify requirements and gather feedback on testing needs.
• Contribute to and review quality reporting for stakeholders and drive improvements in testing processes.
