Job summary

Technosoft Automotive seeks a QA/QC Senior Specialist in the Philippines to drive quality across Dynamics 365 CE/CRM deployments. You will blend QA and business/system analysis to define test strategies and ensure robust solutions.

Responsibilities include regression testing, translating requirements into specs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, with emphasis on process improvements and SDLC/Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, or System Analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies (regression, integration, functional).
• Experience with SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QA testing, including regression testing, for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM implementations.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Identify system gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance business operations.
• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts specific to Microsoft Dynamics modules.
• Ensure quality and stability across all stages of Dynamics 365 development and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
