Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a QA Automation Tester to join our team in Noida, India. The candidate will drive automated testing across APIs, front-end, and data pipelines, crafting robust test frameworks and collaborating within a global Agile Scrum team.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of automation experience, proficiency in Selenium, BDD/Cucumber, and API tools like Rest Assured or Swagger, along with strong scripting skills and knowledge of SQL.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in automation testing.
• Strong experience with Test Automation using BDD/Cucumber.
• Experience with API Test Automation.
• Front End Test Automation using Selenium.
• Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Proficient in Java/JavaScript/Python or equivalent.
• Good SQL knowledge.
• Experience with Git/GitLab.
• Expertise in test planning and writing test cases/scripts.
• Ability to derive test conditions from requirements and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day automated functional testing to meet commitments and drive improvements.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for frequent, reliable releases.
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to co-create value and ensure quality.
• Track fixes and features in JIRA or similar tools.
• Develop and maintain automated test strategies and plans for new and existing features.
