Job summary

The AM3 Global Singapore/USA is seeking a Senior QA Analyst based in Pasig, Metro Manila. This role involves supporting the Identity Governance Administration (IGA) project, performing end-to-end testing including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 4 years of testing experience, particularly with identity management systems. This position follows a hybrid work model, reporting once a week to HQ.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years testing experience, including supporting IGA/IAM solutions.
• Experience in designing test cases and executing tests.
• Knowledge of system testing best practices and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Support the IGA project and perform all end‑to‑end testing.
• Create and maintain test scenarios and cases.
• Log, track, and manage defects in Azure DevOps.
