Job summary

ECLARO in Manila, Philippines, seeks a Senior Python Developer to design and build AI-powered applications with strong Python code and solid software engineering fundamentals.

You will integrate LLMs using frameworks like Pydantic AI, implement RAG workflows, and ensure secure, observable AI systems on AWS with containers and CI/CD pipelines.

The role emphasizes building REST APIs, managing databases, monitoring performance, cost, and reliability for production-grade AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals.
• Pydantic AI or similar agent frameworks.
• LLM integration and AI-powered application development.
• RAG: document processing, chunking, vector/hybrid search, retrieval optimization.
• Backend development: REST APIs, databases, architecture.

Responsibilities
