Job summary

Global BPO Solution Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Senior Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and optimize production-ready autonomous AI applications. You will build scalable, secure AI workflows using AWS Bedrock, AgentCore, LangGraph, Python, and FastAPI.

You will deploy agentic AI solutions in production, implement secure APIs, and ensure reliability and performance across distributed cloud architectures. Strong English communication and a dedicated home office are required.

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and optimize production-ready autonomous AI applications.

You will build scalable, secure, and distributed AI workflows using AWS Bedrock, AgentCore, LangGraph, Python, and FastAPI. This role requires strong software engineering expertise and practical experience deploying agentic AI solutions in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents using AWS Bedrock and AgentCore.
• Develop and maintain LangGraph workflows with state management, conditional routing, and graph persistence.
• Build production-grade FastAPI services and asynchronous Python APIs.
• Integrate external tools, multi-step workflows, and human-in-the-loop approval mechanisms.
• Implement AWS Step Functions orchestration and distributed cloud architectures.
• Apply secure API integrations, IAM policies, authentication controls, and enterprise AI security practices.
• Refactor legacy agent architectures and optimize system reliability, scalability, and performance.
