Job summary

JobCubby is seeking an experienced Python Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable backend services in a fast-paced environment. You will contribute to API development, microservices, and data-driven solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams across the stack.

The role requires 7+ years of Python experience, strong knowledge of frameworks, databases, and cloud platforms, and a commitment to coding standards, testing, and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
• Strong knowledge of Python 3.x, OOP, data structures, exception handling, and design patterns.
• Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• REST API development and microservices architecture experience.
• Proficiency in SQL with PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle.
• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB) is a plus.
• Version control with Git and familiarity with CI/CD.
• Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization with Docker/Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Translate requirements into robust technical solutions with clean, tested code.
