Job summary

JobCubby is hiring a Python Developer to build backend services for enterprise construction management and renewable-energy platforms, including REST APIs, Primavera P6 and SAP integrations, plus automation, reporting and workflow layers used daily.

You will design and maintain backend apps with Python, manage PostgreSQL schemas and migrations, and own deployments with Docker, CI/CD, and UAT-to-production workflows. Strong testing and QA support are essential.

Qualifications

Excellent Python skills with hands-on experience in building backend services.
Strong experience with FastAPI and/or Django REST frameworks.
Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL including schemas, migrations and performance tuning.
Proficient in Git/GitHub or Azure DevOps workflows and testing with pytest.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain backend applications and REST APIs using Python (FastAPI/Django).
Design and maintain PostgreSQL databases, schemas, migrations and queries.
Integrate applications with third-party/enterprise platforms (e.g., Primavera P6, SAP).
Build automation, reporting and workflow solutions; scheduled jobs and notifications.
Implement auth, input validation, logging and audit trails.
