Job summary

Vena Group seeks a PV Electro-mechanical Specialist to lead construction QA/QC/HSSE for a solar project. You will work with site, technical services, O&M, BD, and external consultants to oversee commissioning and ensure multiple engineering disciplines align with project requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical or Civil Engineering with 5-10 years in Philippine solar plant construction, and willingness to relocate on site. EPC/OE experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5-10 years in Philippine solar power plant construction.
• Willing to be relocated on site.
• EPC or OE experience on solar project is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA/QC/HSSE compliance during construction of PV plant.
• Coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders for punch-listing and commissioning.
• Inspect quality procedures for inverter stations, mounting structures, cables, and grounding.
• Monitor tests, inspections, and adherence to approved plans.
• Manage non-compliance, calibration, and site documentation.
