A strong background in contracts and cost control is essential to support company goals. A Bachelor's degree is required, with 3–5 years of buying experience preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication to interact with internal and external partners.
• Advanced organization skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Merchandising experience is an advantage; 3–5 years of procurement experience required.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, negotiation of buying price, and evaluation of vendors and contracts.
• Ensure 100% service level and vendor compliance with product specifications.
• Review goods and vendor performance; research items for best price and supplier options.
• Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
• Responsible for delivery timing and inventory management.
• Report commodity trends and purchasing plans to management.
