Job summary

DCX PH is seeking a home-based Graphic Designer to lead publication design and ensure brand standards across digital and print formats.

You will collaborate with clients to deliver production-ready layouts, multi-page brochures, and visual storytelling, applying typography, grids, color theory, and editorial design best practices while coordinating with vendors and internal teams to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Significant experience in publication and multipage brochure design.
• Strong typography, layout and editorial design capabilities.
• Experience coordinating production workflows and vendors.
• Proficiency with Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and art direction for the monthly publication.
• Produce production-ready layouts following brand standards.
• Present concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Collaborate with creative team and internal partners to refine work.
• Build multipage layouts and support print production from setup to output.
• Coordinate with external partners to verify production-file accuracy.
