Job summary

DCX is seeking a Home-Based Graphic Designer in the Philippines to lead visual storytelling for monthly publications. You will craft distinctive covers, features, and article layouts that align with brand standards and editorial guidelines, delivering high-quality designs for both print and digital formats.

You will collaborate with the team to gather feedback, refine concepts, and ensure production-ready files.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 7+ years of professional design experience in publication and multipage layouts.
• CMS and project management systems experience preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and art direction for monthly publication covers, features, and article layouts with high visual storytelling quality.
• Produce accurate, production-ready publication layouts following brand standards, editorial conventions, and formatting requirements.
• Present design concepts, rationale, and feedback to stakeholders, iterating to final solutions.
• Collaborate with the creative team and internal partners to gather input, refine work, and meet deadlines.
• Build multipage layouts, prepare production files, and support print production from setup to output.
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure file accuracy and timely execution.
