Job summary

DCX Client Services is seeking a home-based Graphic Designer to lead publication design, crafting distinctive covers and layouts that align with brand standards. You will ensure production-ready files and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality visuals.

The role requires a strong typography/layout foundation, 7+ years in publication design, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite. Overnight US hours or Philippine time alignment may apply, with a permanent work-from-home setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional design experience, including publication/multipage design.
• Experience with content management and project management systems is preferred.
• Photography and stock image selection with image editing/color correction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and art direction for the monthly publication, including covers and article layouts.
• Create production-ready publication layouts following brand standards.
• Present concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Collaborate with team to gather feedback and meet schedules.
• Build multipage layouts and support print production from setup to output.
• Coordinate with external partners and vendors for file accuracy.
• Provide backup design support for marketing and media needs.
