Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property accounting and software experience.
• Ability to review and reconcile financials with accuracy.
• Strong communication with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform core property accounting responsibilities, including financial reporting and bank reconciliations.
• Lead or support property setups and onboarding activities as needed.
• Assign work to accountants and analysts based on priorities and deadlines.
• Provide review notes, recheck corrected financials, and ensure issues are cleared.
