• Perform core property accounting tasks including financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Lead or support new property setups and onboarding activities.
• Assign work to accountants and analysts based on priorities and deadlines.
• Provide review notes, recheck financials, and ensure issues are cleared.
• Train new analysts/accountants on workpapers, client communication, and AP.
• Participate in client calls to provide technical or operational support.
• Support team coverage and take on additional tasks from supervision.
