Job summary

Scatec ASA in Manila is seeking a Project Technical Manager BESS to lead the technical delivery from structuring through handover on a dedicated project portfolio. You will collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure technical compliance and successful project execution in renewable energy.

The role requires a degree in Electrical, Electro-Mechanical or Mechanical Engineering, 7+ years of engineering or project management experience, and strong MS Office and reporting skills.

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
7+ years of general engineering or project management experience.
Strong MS Office skills and ability to produce project reports.
Experience with Utility Scale PV or Wind projects.
Lenders Technical Due Diligence exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

Review and approve technical supply contracts to ensure that the plant is technically compliant with the PPA, Grid Code and other critical project documents.
Manage and facilitate the detailed design and the project programme.
Coordinate with the Engineering team to ensure technical handover and compliance.
Support delivery and execution on assigned projects.
